The government's testing cost of 7,129.00 dollars will be factored into the evaluation of offers. The contract imposes strict quality and technical standards, including compliance with SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001 and the prohibition of additive manufacturing processes. Technical data is subject to ITAR or EAR export controls, requiring contractors to have approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification. Packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1 and MIL-STD-129, with specific requirements for fragile marking and fiberboard corner protectors. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the origin. Offerors must submit their quotations via the DIBBS system by October 1, 2026, and utilize the Wide Area WorkFlow system for all subsequent invoicing and receiving reports.
