The Air Combat Command Acquisition Management and Integration Center is conducting market research via a Sources Sought Notice for the Air Operations Support Mission Control Center (AOS MCC) follow-on requirement. The government is evaluating its acquisition strategy, specifically considering the use of the GSA OASIS+ Multi-Agency Contract vehicle within the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) pool, or whether to proceed with an open market procurement via SAM.gov. The requirement, categorized under NAICS 488190, involves providing all management, labor, training, and equipment necessary to support 24/7 mission control center operations at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia, and a designated alternate location. The anticipated contract structure includes a one-month phase-in, an eleven-month base period, four one-year options, and a final six-month extension option. Key operational responsibilities include mission planning, execution, and reporting, with strict requirements for filling personnel vacancies within 14 days and maintaining accurate aircraft movement reflections within two hours. The government is seeking capabilities statements from all business sizes, with a strong encouragement for SDVOSB concerns to respond. Interested parties must submit unclassified responses by September 9, 2026, detailing their technical and financial resources, experience with similar efforts, and ability to manage subcontracting and quality control.
