DLA Maritime Puget Sound is seeking to procure sleeves and bushings manufactured from a unique composite plastic material. The procurement is designated as a firm fixed-price supply contract with delivery to Bremerton, Washington. While the general solicitation is listed as a total small business set aside under NAICS 332991, specific requirements for ORKOT bushings and sleeves are identified as sole source procurements from Trelleborg Sealing Solutions. This determination is based on the necessity for direct replacement parts that adhere to specific NAVSEA drawings, as no available substitutes exist for the required material. Interested bidders must be registered in the System for Award Management and provide comprehensive documentation, including pricing for each contract line item, a cage code, manufacturer information, and lead times for FOB destination delivery. All submissions must include signed representations and certifications and the complete original solicitation package. Invoicing for the award will be processed electronically via the Wide Area Workflow system, and delivery personnel must adhere to base access protocols via DBIDS for entry to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.
