Full Description

The USDA Forest Service Incident Support Cache offices requires MARK-3 High Pressure Replacement Pump Parts on a repetitive basis for sustainment of its inventory of fire pumps across the USDA Forest Service during fire season. WATERAX Corporation is the sole, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), of the Mark-3 High-Pressure Portable Pump Systems and pump replacement parts. The use of WATERAX Corporation/OEM Spare Parts is required to maintain manufacturer pump warranty and qualification specifications for the MARK-3 pumps under USFS QPL- 5100-274-001. This action will be awarded as a sole source, firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Waterax Corporation for OEM Mark-3 High Pressure Replacement Pump Parts for a period of 5 years subject to annual review in accordance with FAR 13.303-6, for continued need, and fair and reasonable pricing.
