In a prior year the department purchased the ICS boxes and this requirement is to purchase the necessary transmitters that only KEYW, 1334 Ashton Road, Hanover, MD. 21076 can provide since it is their boxes that was purchased and no other transmitters will be compatable. SCOPE OF WORK - 1. These Slingshot transmitters are needed to use in training as well as in operational environments. This purchase is in direct support of the Tactical Information Operations (TIO) mission set and shall provide TIO Tactical Electronic Warfare (TAC-EW) operators with the equipment needed to fulfill their mission during direction finding and preparation of the environment missions. - 2. The goal in obtaining these transmitters is so they can be used by TAC-EW operators while conducting training for Precision Geo-location (PGL) operations in suppport of Direct Action Operations. These can also be used in an operational capacity to provide increased fidelity on the location of a target. - 3. The following list shall be included with the Slingshot Transmitters: 1 Each Pelican 1400 case with custom fitted foam insert 1 Each USB cable for charging and laptop control 1 Each Universal AC wall power adapter 1 Each 12/24 VDC power adapter 1 Each Nokia N95 controller with remote control software 2 Each Quad-band antennas (rubber-duck style omni directional) 1 Each Body worn directional patch antenna - 4. Date of delivery upon award shall be no later than 60 days.
