This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number N6893626Q5118/ N68936-26-RFPREQ-D550000/E550000-0044 is issued as a Sole Source Request for Quote (RFQ) for Moog Slip Ring Follow-On.
This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal government.

A Cyber Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 is anticipated for this requirement. If you disagree with the anticipated CMMC Level, please provide a rationale, and the recommended CMMC Level.
Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information. Access to CUI is limited, to a single point of contact (POC) per CAGE code, who is listed as the Data Custodian on the DD 2345 and approved by Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The DD 2345 must be approved prior to requesting access to CUI in SAM.gov. Contractors are responsible for coordinating with their CAGE code’s Data Custodian POC to request access to CUI.
