Full Description
Bids will be opened at the County Controller’s office on Monday, May 11, 2026, at approximately 9:00 a.m. located on the 5th floor in the Butler County Government Center, 124 West Diamond Street, Butler, PA, with results displayed on PennBid shortly thereafter.
Plans, specifications and bid documents are available at no cost on PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) Any questions regarding the project must be submitted via the “Ask A Question” feature in PennBid no later than May 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The project scope includes Slippery Rock Borough Storm Sewer per the bid package.
Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bidder’s bond, or certified check or cashier’s check, in favor of the County of Butler, in the amount of not less than ten percent. The County of Butler reserves the right to waive any informality in and to accept or reject any and all bids or any part of any bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
