Natural Resources Canada is seeking a Business Consultants under the Business Consulting/Change Management Stream to assess the relevance and performance (i.e., effectiveness, efficiency, and economy) of the SGP & ERPP. It will be conducted in accordance with TBS Policy on Results (https://www.tbs-sct.canada.ca/pol/doc-eng.aspx?id=31300 ). The evaluation will cover the period of 2018-19 to 2022-23 (as current as possible). It is being undertaken in response to a Treasury Board commitment for NRCan to complete an evaluation to inform future programming and comply with section 42.1 of the Financial Administration Act (FAA)[1] ( https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/f-11/ ).
