The project is currently at the conclusion of schematic design and has an approved schematic site plan in place to bring the project into advanced design phases. The selected design team will be expected incorporate all programmatic, layout, hardscape and landscape, stream restoration, and stormwater design elements, included in the schematic design, into the final design.
