Sealed proposals will be received by the Carroll Co Water Authority, until 2 pm EDT on June 26, 2025 for the construction of the Snake Creek WTP Improvements at which time & place they will be publicly opened & read. The work items include demolition of existing 1.5 MG Clearwell CMU block baffle walls, installation of new baffle walls at Clearwell 1, various improvements to the Clearwell Structure, piping & appurtenances, installation of a High Service Vertical Turbine Pump & 24¿ distribution pipeline, construction of 3 new earthen solids holding ponds, filtered Water ARV & Vault, site stabilization for Raw Water Pond embankment & various site improvements. A Mandatory Pre Bid conference will be held at the Snake Creek WTP on June 12, 2025 at 10 AM EDT. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond prepared on the form of Bid Bond attached to the Contract Documents or a Surety Company's Standard Bid Bond, duly executed by Bidder in the amount of five percent of the Bid. Performance & Payment Bonds & evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. Drawings & specs may be examined at the Engineer¿s office, Dodge Const, Isqft & CMD Group. Sets of electronic Bidding Documents are available for download at www.questcdn.com using the Reference Number 9696998. To be a plan holder, Bidders will be required to register with QuestCDN.com for a free membership & download the bidding documents for a $22 fee.
