Snips Cultivation LLC

Snips Cultivation LLC is pursuing a Specialty Indoor commercial cannabis license for a facility located at 3201 S Halladay St in Santa Ana, Orange County. The project involves 3,561 square feet of mature cannabis cultivation distributed across four flower rooms and 636 square feet of immature canopy area. The scope of work includes the construction of two grow rooms within the existing building, featuring the installation of HVAC systems and grow lighting. The facility is currently used for cannabis cultivation and is situated in an area characterized by manufacturing and commercial land uses. The California Department of Cannabis Control has issued a Notice of Exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act, classifying the project under a Class 1 Categorical Exemption due to the minor nature of the alterations and the negligible expansion of use. This licensing action was submitted on March 24, 2025, pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 26012. No replacement or reconstruction of existing structures is proposed as part of this project.
