SODC Generator/Transfer Switch Preventive Maintenance

This solicitation is for all testing, inspections, preventive maintenance and repair services for all identified generators and transfer switches at the Southwest Ohio Developmental Center.
A mandatory site visit for this solicitation will be held on April 3, 2026 at The Southwest Ohio Developmental Center, 4399 east Bauman Lane, Batavia, Ohio 45103 to survey the facility’s generator(s) and transfer switch(es). The site visit will commence promptly at 10:00 AM, barring an unforeseen circumstance that results in a delay or rescheduling of the site visit.Bidder is required to complete the item grid and attach an electronic copy of their quote (that specifies and references their State of Ohio contract #) within the solicitation in OhioBuys. Proposed rates must not exceed the rates established in the State of Ohio contract, Index # (MAC034). Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 60 days.Bids will be evaluated, and the contract for services will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the agency. A Basic Order Agreement (BOA) will be executed between the winning bidder and the agency to confirm the agreed upon goods and services rates and terms of engagement with the agency in accordance with the State of Ohio contract, Index # (MAC034) terms and conditions.
