The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Fleet Directorate intends to solicit – on behalf of the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) – SOFAR Ocean Technologies, Inc (CAGE: 
7JGR4) on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 12.102(b). The proposed acquisition is to procure commercially distributed SOFAR Data as a Service (DaaS) support services in support of Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO). The resultant Purchase Order (PO) will be issued on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis and will contain a one-year Period of Performance of 31 July 2026 through 30 July 2027.
