Nature of Requirements:
Requirement: Environment Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has a requirement for Soft Body Armor Vests to be supplied in accordance with the specification at Annex B of the Request for Proposal.
Deliverables: Goods to be provided under the Contract are on an "AS & WHEN" requested basis and will be ordered by Canada using a Requisition on Contract ("ROC").
Estimated Usage: Estimated Quantities below must not be interpreted as a guarantee of actual usage. It is an approximation only.
Year 1 - 85 units Year 2 - 85 units Year 3 - 85 units Year 4 (if extended) - 100 units Year 5 (if extended) - 100 units
The period for issuing Individual Requisitions on Contract (ROC) against this contract is within a period of three (3) years from the date of contract award. Option to extend the duration of the Contract: The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment.
Enquiries: To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
