This special notice is in reference to a previously awarded GSA Schedule award for Enterprise Information Systems. The special notice is to procure commercial item requirements in addition to the existing GSA Scheduled items. ***Quotes are not being solicited.*** Modification 1 - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format under Simplified Acquisition Procedures at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items; and awarded in accordance with FAR Subpart 15, Contracting By Negotiation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect in the March 2005 Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revision, including all FAR Circulars issued as of the date of this synopsis. This acquisition IS NOT a small business set-aside and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 443120. Items to be procured under commercial item acquisitions are as follows: (1) SAS Proof of Value and (2) SAS Fraud Framework License and Implementation Professional Services.
