Full Description

The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the Office of The US Army Information Technology Agency, and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, intends to award a sole source contract to Open Software Technologies for Software License and Maintenance Support, REXXTOOLS/MVS Basic IBM 2094-405 (126 MSU), IBM 2096-A02 (Group 38), REXXTOOLS/MVS Dynamics SQL IBM 2094-405 (126), IBM 2096-A02 (Group 38). This requirement is to obtain Software Licenses and Maintenance Releases Support for Software that are installed and operates on the IBM z9s System located in the Data Center, and IBM z890 Systems located at the Customer remote site, Disaster Recovery Site. The Software products are currently licensed by the Army Information Technology Agency. Interested Vendors may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement no later the 4 December 2008 @ 12:00PM. Capabilities statements are limited to 10 pages. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all capabilities statements received within the time period specified will be given consideration by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
