NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENTW6369-22-X018Software - Scheduling Risk Assessment Tool (SRAT)GSIN: N7030The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the supply of two (2) perpetual software licences to perform Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA). The software must have the following key capabilities:Directly import native project schedule data from the following scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera and Deltek Open Plan.Perform schedule Monte Carlo analysisPerform schedule health analysisDND also requests access to software training, maintenance and consultation services.Applicable Trade Agreements: Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)There will be no set-aside for aboriginal businesses. This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.Security Requirements: This contract does not include a security requirement.It is DND’s intention to award a single contract for this requirement.Bidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement.The basis of selection shall be the compliant Bidder that offers the lowest-cost compliant proposal.The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.DND reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received.Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail.
