Bidders must provide a detailed implementation plan, a quality control methodology, and a comprehensive schedule of subcontractors. The Airport reserves the right to award the contract to a single or multiple bidders and may award by unit, section, or as a whole. Performance is subject to routine inspections by the Airports Authority, and the contract automatically terminates at the end of a fiscal year if funding is not approved by the Airport and the Cities of Dallas and Fort Worth.
