This is a Sources Sought to for solar light towers. The Regional Contracting Center - Kuwait (RCC-KU) intends to award a contract action for 264 military grade construction solar light towers. See below for salient characteristics. The appropriate NAICS code is 335122, Commercial, Industrial and Institutional Electric lighting fixture Manufacturing. All notifications received within 5 days after date of publication of this Sources Sought will be considered by the Government. This Sources Sought is not a request for proposal. It is a market research tool being used to determine number of interested vendors. The government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought. All responses must include, at a minimum, the following information: a. Company's full name, address, telephone, point of contact with email address, and Federal Tax Identification number. b. Company's Duns Number and Cage Code for proof of System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov). c. A statement indicating the offeror's ability to accept payment via Government Credit Card. d. Vendor Information Sheet e. Contractor shall submit approximate delivery days ARO (After Receipt of Order) to receive items.
