This requirement will be solicited as a Sole Source procurement to BlackOhm LLC under the authority of RFO 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies Or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
The acquisition will utilize Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
