Size Standard for NAICS Code 335999 is 500 SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Behlman Electronics, 80 Cabot St., Hauppauge, New York, 11788 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The OEM owns all proprietary data for this equipment. All responsible offeror's may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. CLIN 0001 - AC Power Supply Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with delivery F.O.B. Destination: Crane IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ.
