Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for AFMC/A4 at WPAFB, OH are currently being performed by Quantech Services Inc, under the Acquisition of Consolidated Support Services (ACCESS) ACCESS Program. The ACCESS task order ends in Dec 2015. The effort will be subsumed under an Engineering and Professional Administrative Support Services (EPASS) vehicle currently in source selection. The EPASS program utilizes the GSA OASIS IDIQ platform. The mission of the A4 organization is to ensure the seamless implementation of the Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) effort, support the Program Integration Team, and provide Logistics data management support to the AFMC/A4P Business Operations and Integration office. The instant sole source effort is to provide a bridge from the mandatory use ACCESS task order to the EPASS task order currently in progress. Future A4 A&AS task orders will be awarded under EPASS/OASIS and result from competition among EPASS prime contractors. All responsible sources may submit a capability state, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency for this short term bridge (estimated less than 8 months in duration).
