NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER. The Dept of Housing and Urban Development intends to award a sole source purchase order to CLC Compliance Technologies for a on-line one year subscription service for Lending Patterns for data related to mortgage lending as it relates to Community Reinvestment Act and Fair Housing practices. Services and accounts will be provided to HQ and 10 regional offices of HUD Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity. CLC Compliance Technologies is considered a unique commercial source for this data which compiles Fair Lending statistics regarding areas and lenders with high denial rates and high denial disparity. It is considered a unique product and no commercial or non commercial products offer the same or similar information. This is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they may meet these requirements, may submit in writing, within 10 calendar days of this notification, complete information describing the ability to meet these requirements. Information will be used solely for the purposes of whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government
