The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division intends to issue a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement, N00164-13-G-GR45, to Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems for engineering support and supplies. This contract focuses on the MK99 Fire Control System, Transmitter Groups, various AN/SPY-1 and AN/SPS-49 radar models, and ancillary equipment to sustain the AEGIS and Non-AEGIS Microwave Tube program. The anticipated total value of the agreement is 12,500,000 dollars with an ordering period spanning five years. The procurement is restricted to a single source under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 due to restricted software rights, a lack of sufficient technical data, and the potential for unacceptable delays or duplicative costs if competed. Because this is a sole source action, no solicitation will be posted to the internet, although interested responsible sources may submit proposals directly to the point of contact at NSWC Crane. All contractors must maintain an active status in the System for Award Management.

Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-13-G-GR45 on a sole source basis to Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, Sudbury, MA for engineering support and supplies related to the MK99 Fire control System, Transmitter Groups, AN/SPY-1A/B/B(V)/D/D(V) radars, AN/SPS-49(V) radars and ancillary equipment. Since this is a sole source procurement, a solicitation will not be posted to the internet. Responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the Point of Contact (POC) at NSWC Crane.
