Sole Source Food Service Kiosk

Services, Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source (Aramark Corp; Cage Code 1DHS8) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1and IAW Article I on the Base Restaurant Concessionaire Contract FA8101-10-H-0001 that grants the Concessionaire, Aramark Corp exclusive permission to provide the management and delivery of employee/food services at the Base Restaurant Services Facilities to include assigned space in Bldg 9001, Tinker Aerospace Complex as agreed to and accepted by Aramark and the government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, instruments, tools, parts, facilities, transportation, materials supervision and all other incidentals necessary to provide and equip a Java City Kiosk in building 9001 Tinker AFB Oklahoma. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The estimated award date is 18 April 2012. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronicallly at https://orca.bpn.org. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 722212 with a size standard of 25.5M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirment or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competivie procurement.
