Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Div has a sole source requirement for 1 (one) GE Intelligent Platforms Embedded Systems Inc VXS Switch p/n SPR106A-100 and 1 (one) 6U VITA41 Quad p/n DSP220-1XS. Firm Fixed Prices are being sought. This requirement is a sole source being issued to GE Intelligent Platforms Embedded Systems Inc, 12090 S. Memorial Parkway, Huntsville Al, 35803. THESE ITEMS ARE SPARES FOR THE SWEIP BLOCK 2 UPGRADE ON THE AN/SLQ-32 RADAR SYSTEM. THE SWEIP BLOCK 2 IS IN LOW RATE INITIAL PRODUCTIONS (LRIP) AND THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ACQUIRE DATA RIGHTS UNTIL THE LRIP PHASE ENDS. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT HAVE LEVEL III DRAWINGS FOR COMPETITIVE PURPOSES. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13.
