The proposed simplified acquisition is being solicited on a sole source basis with IMRA America Inc, 1044 Woodridge Ave Ann Arbor Michigan 48105 USA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies/services in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.106, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 21 July 2024 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018924Q0545 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-08 and DFARS Change Notice 20240821. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
