Sole Source Notice for Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) Installation/Scanning and Risk Management Framework (RMF) gap analysis services

The 532d Training Squadron (TRS), Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA intends to issue a Sole Source procurement action to SecureStrux, LLC to provide Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) Installation/Scanning and Risk Management Framework (RMF) gap analysis services. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, with a business size standard of $30.0 million. The proposed contract is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 30 days of publication of this Special Notice. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply as described in the Sole Source Justification (SSJ) attached. Interested parties must provide a rationale as to why they should be considered. Respond to the below point of contact referencing Notice ID F3V5E21103A001 by 21 June 2021, 1 p.m. (PDT). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
