This requirement is sole sourced to Sims Pump Valve CO, Inc due to the Origional Equipment Manufacteror, Sims Pump Valve CO, Inc holding proprietary drawing rights and having no authorrized distributors. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
