The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head, MD 20640, intends to award a sole-source contract to QinetiQ North America for the procurement of Talon Generation IV Robot Vehicle in support of FMS cases KV-P-AAZ and BU-P-LAD. The proposed contract N00174-15-P-0165 will only be negotiated with QinetiQ North America located at 350 Second Avenue, Waltham, MA 02451 under the authority of FAR 6.302-4. It is anticipated that the award will be a firm fixed price type contract. It is anticipated the contract will be awarded no later than 30 September 2015.
