The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Continental Microwave and Tool Co., Inc DBA Cobham Antenna Systems, 11 Continental Drive, Exeter, NH 03833-4564. All other offerors may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Nswc Crane has a sole source requirement for Cobham Antenna Systems to upgrade a total of 6 each Rotary Couplers which should include flushing and re-lubing of the bearings. Vendor is to thoroughly review the contents of the solicitation to fully understand all clauses, provisions, and item within the solicitation prior to submitting a response.
