The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source, fixed price contract with Florida Department of Transportation/SunPass Operations to procure replenishment of funds for payment for SunPass tolls. ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Agnes Brooks, @ contact@example.gov. Emailed responses will only be considered. There is no solicitation available for this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government. ATF anticipates awarding a Firm, Fixed Price (FFP) type contract in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
