The National Park Service requires all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to fulfill deliveries, which must be completed within 72 hours of a request and only occur Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays. Offers are evaluated on a low-price basis, with unbalanced pricing across options potentially rendering a quote unacceptable. All submissions must be emailed by June 30, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. EDT, and alternate quotes are not accepted. Compliance with Buy
