The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Contract 3B of the Joseph G. Minish Passaic RiverWaterfront Park and Historic Area Project in Newark New Jersey consisting of theconstruction of approximately 905 LF of cantilever or tie-back sheet pile wall tosheet pile deadman and reinforced concrete cap. Additional project features willinclude storm drain outlets with concrete inlets and steel railing with mesh infillpanels. Project magnitude is between $10,000,000 - $25,000,000.
