1. The purpose of this Amendment is to:
a) Re-open the solicitation from 15 August 2025 to 31 July 2026. Proposals shall be submitted electronically to email address
christina.a.herbig.civ@army.mil and amy.m.dombrowski.civ@army.mil, by 3:00 PM EST on 31 July 2026.
Proposal shall be valid for an additional 120 days from the closing of this amendment.
The contractor shall acknowledge this Amendment 0005 in Paragraph A.9, Acknowledgement of Amendments, of its proposal submission.
b) Update the regulation changes due to the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) throughout the solicitation. Please see amendment for extensive changes made throughout the solictation document.
