This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards.


The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth Air Force Base, Sout Dakota intends to establish a single-award commercial Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide all management, personnel, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to perform inspection, maintenance, and as-needed repairs on Hydraulic and Aperture Overhead doors in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. 


Please refer to the Addendums to FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2 on the SF 1449 for Instructions to Offerors and the Evaluation process to be utilized.


Please see the attached SF1449, Solicitation (FA469026Q0035) for the quote submission due date listed on page 1, block 8.
