Potable Water and Fire Suppression System Replacement Project (P232, P233, & P234, Potable Water Lines, and Energetics Production Fire Suppression System) Naval Support Facility - Indian Head, Indian Head, Maryland is comprised of the following: A. Replace aging potable water lines and fire suppression system throughout NSF-Indian Head site. The site consists of approximately 140,000 linear feet of potable water and fire suppression water lines that require replacement 1. Replacement of both systems will require. Special Construction Features include a sensitive site with unexploded ordinance surveying and safety work permitting requirements. Approval of safety protocols will be required prior to working in each area of the site. The Government has uploaded a portion of technical drawings and specs from the 95% design package for interested parties to review. This information will provide an opportunity for industry's feedback into the tentative design of the proposed project.
