Request for Quotations (RFQ) for (i) fiber optic internet services and dedicated leased line channel and circuitry for connecting to U.S. Embassy Juba, and (ii) point-to-point installation and termination of dark fiber optic cables from Embassy Compound in Kololo to the New Embassy compound in Rock City. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.


The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer the demonstrate the best value. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotation, with or without holding discussion with the Quoter.
