The scope of work required under this request includes the following: Reference drawing S0 to S4 prepared by IRC Building Sciences Group Project No. LE19-059SP-19413. All costs related to mobilizing all labour, materials, tools, supplies, and access equipment necessary to safely carry out the scope of work. Costs are to include for daily and final site clean up. Costs associated with site hoarding and protection of materials and disposal bins are considered incidental to the work and will not be paid for separately. Demolition of existing overhead door system including the removal of the door frame and all associated hardware. Decommissioning of the existing lift table. Table components covered by the new construction can remain. Construction of a new floor surface at the same elevation as the existing high floor as shown on drawings. Infill of the existing overhead door opening with masonry to match existing and with a new 2 hour fire rated refuse door with exterior hood and chute as shown on drawings. Installation of new bumper guards on the exterior wall as shown on drawing. Raising of the existing hose bib. Raising of the existing floor drain along with the installation of a new strainer. Preparation of all existing and new wall and floor surfaces along with painting as specified on drawings.
