Requirement DetailsTendering Procedure: Selective TenderingThis requirement is open only to those SBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the Information Technology Systems Management Stream.Description of Work:The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has a requirement for consulting and advisory professional services to advise, guide, and assist in the implementation of the ServiceNow Software as a Service (ServiceNow™). The Contractor(s) will provide assistance in the development & implementation of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) production instance of ServiceNow using the Out-Of-the-Box functionality of the Information Technology Service Management & IT Operation Management applications for the CRA’s Cloud Operations team.The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resourceSecurity Requirement: Canada Revenue Agency SRCL appliesMinimum Corporate Security Required: Minimum Resource Security Required: Reliability InquiriesInquiries regarding this RFP requirement must be submitted to the Contracting Authority named above.
