COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION SONARWIZ OFFICE BATHYMETRY AND SUB-BOTTOM ADD-ONS FOR EXISITING SONAR LICENSES 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with or attached to this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The solicitation number N6230618PR021NV is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change notice 20161222. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpab/dars/dfarspgi/current /index.html. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210 with a small business size standard of $38.5M. 3. The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS, intends to solicit and award, on a competitive basis, a firm fixed price purchase order. This requirement is being 100% SET-ASIDE for SMALL BUSINESS. This procurement is for procure 6 each Sonarwiz Office Bathymetry Add-On (P/N Sw_ADD-BATHY for license numbers 2851, 2852, 2853, 2854, 2855, and 2856. 2 each Sonarwiz Office Sub-bottom Add-On (P/N SW_ADD-SBP for license numbers 2851 and 2852. 4. The procedures at FAR 13.106-2 apply to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and technical acceptability considered. Technically acceptability must be a SONARWIZ authorized re-seller and meet all requirements in the statement of work. 5. Contractor shall provide Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, Contractor Establishment code (DUNS Number) and Tax Identification Number. Contractor must be registered in the SAM at www.sam.gov and Wide Area Work Flow at https://wawf.eb.mil to be considered for award. Quote shall include price(s), point of contact, name and phone number, business size, and payment terms. Response must clearly indicate the capability of offeror to meet all specifications and requirements. 6. Quotes are to be received via electronic mail (email) no later than 2:00 p. m.
