SONI095 Managed Service - Security Operations Centre

SONI Ltd is seeking a single supplier to provide Managed Service Security Operations Centre services under solicitation SONI095. The selected provider will operate as one tier of a multi-tiered security environment, utilizing SONI owned tooling and SIEM. The contract is estimated to run from March 1, 2027, to February 28, 2032, with an estimated total value of 17,600,000 GBP excluding VAT, and includes an option to extend for up to three additional years. This procurement is conducted as a competitive flexible procedure subject to the Government Procurement Agreement and is open to small and medium-sized enterprises. The selection process begins with a Preliminary Specific Questionnaire stage to shortlist up to three qualified candidates. Evaluation is based on quality, specifically focusing on Candidate Capacity, which is weighted as 40 percent for quantitative assessment and 60 percent for the resourcing approach narrative, scored on a 0-5 basis. Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to a tender stage where detailed requirements regarding architecture, telemetry, and governance will be provided under a non-disclosure agreement.
