The Sonoma's Finest Indoor Cannabis Cultivation project, identified by File No. UPC25-0004, is a request for the renewal of an existing five-year limited term use permit for an indoor cannabis cultivation operation. Located at 1747 Copperhill Pkwy, Santa Rosa, CA 95403, the operation occupies a 5.21-acre parcel (APN 059-370-001) zoned as an Industrial Park with a Combining District for Valley Oak Habitat.
