Full Description

Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 10, 2022 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number WS3526667328 (Doc3561236404) dated October 14, 2022 with a closing of October 31, 2022 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. Requirement Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for the supply, delivery, and installation of a Sound Proof Curtain. This procurement is for Natural Resources Canada CanmetENERGY. Schedule The Contractor must deliver and install the Sound Proof Curtain within four weeks of contract award. The system will be delivered at a CanmetENERGY facility within the National Capital Area. Security Requirement There is no security requirement applicable to the resulting Contract. Basis of Selection A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
