This is not a Request for a Proposal, Request for Quote, or Request for Invitation for Bid. This Source Sought Notice will be followed by a FEDBIZZOPPS Pre-Solicitation Notice for this item and then a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation SPE5EC20R0001. This is a firm fixed price buy with a 50% quantity option solicited in accordance with FAR 15. Interested contractors are requested to review the item description carefully to identify any potential manufacturing challenges and formulate any questions.
