This Notice is issued in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Overhaul (RFO) Part 5.101, Pre-solicitation Notice.


The Department of War (DOW), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate,
(WHS/AD) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of RFO Part 12.102 (a)
and 12.201-1, which implements 41 U.S.C. 1901 to Berkeley Varitronics Systems, Inc. for SentryHound Pro
foldable ferrous portals, as the vendor has the capability to provide the system with the required dimensions along
with meeting the security and delivery requirements.
