R--RADx Coordination Center Notice of Intent
Solicitation # 75N98026R00176
The National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB) has issued a Notice of Intent under solicitation 75N98026R00176 to award a non-competitive modification to IDIQ Contract No. 75N92022D00014. This modification intends to increase the contract ceiling for the Massachusetts General Hospital Consortia for Improving Medicine with Innovation and Technology (CIMIT) to support the Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostics (RADx-Tech) initiative. The initiative operates as an innovation funnel to accelerate the development, commercialization, and implementation of health technologies through a collaborative network consisting of a Coordination Center for operational oversight and workflows, a Commercialization Center for subject matter expert selection, and a Validation Center for technical and clinical verification. The government anticipates issuing the modification around December 2026. While this is a non-competitive intent, interested parties may submit capability statements via email to the contracting officer, Melanie Suarez, or contract specialist, Noelle Decenzo, by November 2, 2026. Submissions must reference the notice number and include details regarding employee count, professional qualifications of technical personnel, available facilities and equipment, and an outline of similar previous research projects. All responding parties must maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).

BRTA Routes Analysis & Integration of On-Demand/Microtransit Study
Solicitation # BD-27-1126-PLANN-BERKC-134462
The Berkshire Regional Planning Commission (BRPC), acting on behalf of the Berkshire Metropolitan Planning Organization and in collaboration with the Berkshire Regional Transit Authority (BRTA), is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for the BRTA Routes Analysis and Integration of On-Demand/Microtransit Study. The primary objective of this project is to conduct an in-depth analysis of current fixed routes to identify low-ridership areas that would be better served by microtransit and to ensure routes effectively connect neighborhoods to essential services such as hospitals, colleges, and major employers, specifically targeting North and Central Berkshire County. The project has a maximum budget of 155,000 dollars, and any price proposals exceeding this amount will be considered nonresponsive. The estimated period of performance runs from December 10, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with a draft report due by June 30, 2027, and final deliverables, including a phased implementation plan, due by August 31, 2027. All work must be completed and invoiced by September 17, 2027. Proposals must be submitted in two separate sealed volumes, a technical proposal and a price proposal, by November 20, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Award selection will be based on the most advantageous proposal, evaluating factors such as past performance, reliability, and quality of service. The successful contractor must comply with 2 CFR 200, MGL Chapter 30B, and various federal nondiscrimination and lobbying regulations, while maintaining comprehensive general liability, workers compensation, and employer liability insurance.

Interested vendors are responsible for monitoring this website for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. Interested vendors having the required capabilities necessary to meet the requirements described herein should submit a capability statement of no more than 15 pages indicating the ability to perform all aspects of the effort. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. 2.0 Background The Atmospheric Early Warning System is a joint United States and Canadian early warning radar surveillance system. It provides surveillance of airspace from potential incursions or attacks from across North America's polar region. The Atmospheric Early Warning System consists of both long range AN/FPS-124 and short range AN/FPS-124 surveillance radars, operated and maintained by North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD). There are 28 long range sites and 36 short range sites. 3.0 Characteristics Request for information on capabilities and The US Air Force is seeking vendors and supplier services with the current capabilities to manufacture, remove, transport, construct, and install 25 foot RADOMES for the AN/FPS-124 radar within Canada. RADOME design for consideration must be a microwave transparent structure providing environmental protection for an enclosed satellite communication system tracking antenna, must include all coatings and mounting hardware and be made of a truncated spherical assembly composite construction. AN/FPS-124 RADOMES will only be installed in Canada, and therefore must be transported, installed, and conform to both Canadian and US American standards. Interested vendors and suppliers must show past performance of removing and installing proposed replacement radomes in very remote locations and climates. Proposed RADOMES for consideration must include a 25-year service life with minimal maintenance, hydrophobic exterior surface, and resistant to delamination. Any RADOME design consideration must be a proven, and already developed, concept to meet performance as defined. Provide protection from water penetration and intrusion. Hydrophobic, non-water filming, exterior surface Protect against exterior deterioration, cracks, craze, or delaminate from all environmental conditions. Meet or exceed criteria of UL 94HB ASTM E1925-4, for flammability and Combustibility. Retain its physical and electrical stability throughout a specified temperature range. Be equipped with a lightning protection system Be equipped with Aircraft Obstruction lights Be equipped with a Fall Arrest Zenith Safety Panel Be designed to operate and withstand the loads produced by the combined effects of ice accretion and wind Capability statements of any design solution will be evaluated considering its maintainability, repairability, and sustainability. Submittals should include factors such as supplier availability, spare parts, repair and modernization, facilities, MIL-Standards, qualification, expertise, and support. 4.0 RADOME Performance References, Specifications and Standards Industry Standards ASTM C1549 Standard Test Method of Solar Reflectance w/ a Portable Solar Reflectometer ASTM D256 Standard Test Methods for the Izod Pendulum Impact Resistance of Plastics ASTM D-570-98 Standard Test Method for Water Absorption of Plastics ASTM D635 Standard Test Method for Rate of Burning and/or Extent and Time of Burning of Plastics in a Horizontal Position ASTM D-638-03 Standard Test Method for Tensile Properties of Plastics ASTM D-695-02a Standard Test Method for Compressive Properties of Rigid Plastics ASTM D-732-02 Standard Test Method for Shear Strength of Plastics by Punch Tool ASTM D-790-03 Standard Test Methods for Flexural Properties of Unreinforced and Reinforced Plastics and Electrical Insulating Materials ASTM D-2240-04e1 Standard Test Method for Rubber Property'Durometer Hardness ASTM D-2583-02 Standard Practice for Fusion of Poly (Vinyl Chloride) (PVC) Compounds Using a Torque Rheometer ASTM D4414 Standard Practice for Measurement of Wet Film Thickness by Notch Gages.
