Solicitation # 47QMCA24R00034WC
The General Services Administration GSA FAS Automotive Center is conducting the 2026 Fall Open Season for the Wheelchair Accessible Light Vehicles Program under solicitation 47QMCA24R00034WC. This total small business set-aside program allows existing contractors to provide Next Model Year information and enables new offerors to propose new models. All vehicles must be commercial, production-ready, and tested, as prototypes are strictly prohibited. Compliance with 2027 federal standards, ADA requirements, Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, and Title 36 ramp angle requirements is non-negotiable. Technical requirements also include adherence to NTA ultramods, pull tests, and specific SIN-specific product descriptions for 281, 282, 283, and 284. The open season process is managed primarily through GSAFleet.gov, where bid proposals and contract administration occur. The timeline includes three rounds of open season, with Round 1 running from June 1 to July 30, 2026, and ordering for the next model year opening on December 14, 2026. New vendors must complete a two-part submission process involving technical data and pricing via GSAFleet.gov and the email submission of a multi-volume proposal to the contracting team. All participants must maintain an active SAM.gov registration and provide a Unique Entity Identifier. Evaluation for new proposals is based on pass/fail gates for responsiveness and technical acceptability.
