Sources Sought - Compact Mini Crawler Crane

The Government is seeking capable sources to provide a compact mini crawler crane, also known as a spider crane, designed for lifting operations in confined or limited-access areas. The crane must feature crawler mobility, multi-position stabilizing outriggers, and operator control with options for remote radio operation. It should have a maximum lifting capacity of 6,680 pounds at 8 feet and 5,000 pounds at 10 feet, with a boom length close to 40 feet and a hook height over 41 feet. Key technical requirements include a 360-degree continuous swing, a self-diagnostic system, and safety features such as load moment indication, automatic winch brake, wire rope limiter, and emergency stop functionality.
