The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency (FSA) intends to make a sole source award to E&E Publishing, LLC for subscriptions to Climate Wire, Environment & Energy Daily, Greenwire, E&ENews PM, and Land Letter on behalf of the Office of Economic & Policy Analysis. The specific focus of these subscriptions will be environmental and energy issues, legislation in Congress, and how these issues play out in the courts, states, and federal agencies as well as natural resources and conservation issues. If no responses are received within three (3) calendar days of publication of this notice, the Government will issue a purchase order. Firms who believe they can meet these requirements should provide cost and technical information that will enable the Contracting Officer to determine if competitive action is appropriate. The anticipated date of award is September 2, 2009. The point of contact for all information is Erica Luehrs, Contract Specialist Intern, at the address listed above and the email address listed below. An RFQ/RFP is not available. Telephone inquiries will not be honored.
